XFit: Saturdays, 6am

Designed as an all-around fitness program. XFIT will touch on strength, cardio, toning, flexibility, and endurance. The goal of XFIT, is to condition your body so that you can perform any sport or activity at your best.

Rockin’ Ropes: Tuesdays, 6:30pm

This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness and strength with intervals of jumping rope and strength/core movements. Alternative movements are available for those who are unable to jump.

Circuit: Use TRX, resistance bands, stability balls, Indo-boards and more to torch calories and build your strongest self in this full body circuit. Includes mobility and dynamic stretching session in each class. All levels welcome. Wear sneakers, bring water and a yoga mat. Drop-in: $15, 5 classes: $70, 10 Classes: $125

Indo-Fit: This is your favorite new workout!!! Indoor SUP and Surf Fitness is core-centered strength, stability, and balance training atop Glide boards mounted on inflated IndoFLO Gigante’ cushions. You’ll increase hip flexibility while you strengthen and lengthen all the muscles you need to perform (and look) your best this summer! Great for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Bring water and positive vibes. There’s an endless summer inside Endless SUP, so we’ll be checking shoes at the door for all Indo-Fit classes. Drop-in: $15, 5 classes: $65, 10 Classes: $120 There are a limited number of boards, so you MUST email to reserve your spot or reply “going” to the FB event!



Senior Fitness: Get your sweat on while focusing on balance, functional mobility and strength training to keep you going strong. Bring water, wear sneakers, and be prepared to MOVE!Drop-in:Drop-in: $10, 5 classes: $45, 10 Classes: $80 


Mommy & Me Restore the Core: Moms will engage in a low impact workout while engaging and bonding with baby and socializing with other families. Focus will be on safely and progressively correcting and rebuilding the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles that stretch during pregnancy and childbirth as well as interacting with children throughout the class. Wear sneakers (but be prepared to check them at the door when the Indo-boards come out!), bring water and a yoga mat. Carriers/wraps (i.e. Ergo, Boba, K’tan, etc.) are welcome! Drop-in: $10, 5 classes: $45, 10 Classes: $80
