Restore the Core*
Thursdays at 6:30pm, April 18-May 23rd
This is for all the moms out there- whether your babies are 6 weeks, 6 months, 6 years, or older! Are you ready to restore that ever-important core and pelvic floor? I’ll show you how to properly engage the right muscles to help you look good, feel good, and maybe stop peeing every time you laugh, run, jump, or sneeze! You will learn corrective exercises and techniques for dealing with diastasis recti, pelvic dysfunction, back pain and other postnatal conditions. Focus will be on safely and progressively correcting and rebuilding the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles that stretch during pregnancy and childbirth. Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a yoga mat. Drop-in: $15, All 6 sessions: $75 *MUST pre-register here!

This is your favorite new workout!!! Indoor SUP and Surf Fitness is core-centered strength, stability, and balance training atop Glide boards mounted on inflated IndoFLO Gigante’ cushions. You’ll increase hip flexibility while you strengthen and lengthen all the muscles you need to perform (and look) your best this summer! Great for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
