Catch a sweat session with Erica at any of the following times and locations:

Personal Training: Get the absolute most out of your time with a trainer and let me tailor a program to fit your individual needs. Virtual or in-person in my fully-equipped home gym, sessions are held by appointment only. All fees are pro-rated based on time and # of sessions/ week. I also offer small group sessions at discounted rates. Grab a friend and contact Erica to book today- spots are limited!

At Jersey Shore Fitness Shop in Bradley Beach

Interval Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30pm

AMRAPS, RFT, EMOM, HIIT! This fun, energetic class is designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness and strength. With high intensity intervals, you’ll torch calories while sculpting toned muscles. Sometimes we use equipment, sometimes just your own bodyweight- every class is different, but it’s always a great workout. Progressions and modifications available. Hope to see you over there!

Small Group Cross-Training: Thursdays, 9:30am in Belmar, $15 drop in (cash or Venmo @runfitstoked)

Get a killer workout with Erica including strength training, bodyweight moves, core work, cardio, mobility, and stretching. Bring a mat and a set of dumbbells. Other equipment will be provided for you. This class is an excellent compliment to any running program OR as stand-alone fitness classes! All ages and fitness levels are welcome (including new moms), so bring the kids, bring the dog, bring a friend. Expect some social time after each class! Contact Erica for location details.

Run Fit Stoked Virtual Classes: Suspended Until Further Notice

Restore the Core (Suspended until further notice)


This is for all the moms out there- whether your babies are 6 weeks, 6 months, 6 years, or older! Are you ready to restore that ever-important core and pelvic floor? As a certified pre- & postnatal fitness specialist, I’ll show you how to properly engage the right muscles to help you look good, feel good, and maybe stop peeing every time you laugh, run, jump, or sneeze! You’ll learn corrective exercises and techniques for dealing with diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain and other “mom probs”. Focus will be on safely and progressively correcting and rebuilding the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles that stretch during pregnancy and childbirth. Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a yoga mat. Drop-in: $15, All 6 sessions: $75

Senior Fitness (Suspended until further notice)

Get your sweat on while focusing on balance, functional mobility and strength training to keep you going strong. Bring water, wear sneakers, and be prepared to MOVE! $15/class
