Thinking about training for your first race?!? Or maybe you’re an experienced runner but want to strive for faster times or longer distances. You need a running coach! I’ll help you reach your goal and stick with you every step of the way…

  • General One-Time Printable Training Plans5K, 5M/8K, 10K, Half- Marathon, Full Marathon
    • Base mileage training
    • Easy to read and follow!
  • Individualized Training Plans:Fully customized individual plans specifically designed to help YOU crush your goals!
    • Build your plan around your individual needs and schedule based on your current level of fitness
    • Specific workouts included to help you reach YOUR goals
    • Monthly or Unlimited Check-ins (monitor progress, ask questions, adjust training plan if necessary) 
    • Profile on Final Surge App
  • Race Day Strategy (includes pace band)
  • Running nutrition/ fuel plan
  • Optional Local Group Runs and Track Workouts (Monmouth County, NJ)
  • Running-Specific Strength/Mobility Training (In-Person or via Final Surge)
  • Recovery sessions (In-Person or via Final Surge; includes specific stretches, foam rolling technique, etc. to optimize healing and building of your best body)
  • Prenatal and Postpartum Running

Personal Training Services

(Online, in-person or combo)

  • One-on-One Personal Training (Includes, but is not limited to strength training,  conditioning, agility training, pre-natal and postpartum fitness, senior fitness, bodyweight training, plyometrics, TRX, kettlebells, stability and flexibility, yoga, and functional movement)In-person sessions are 45-60 minutes
    • Flexible location
    • Online workouts are customizable based on your schedule (20-60 minutes)
  • Postpartum Fitness and Core Restoration (Bounce back from baby safely and effectively)
  • Women’s Fitness (Do you pee when you run, jump, laugh or sneeze? We can fix that! Learn to repair female-specific muscle imbalances, such as diastasis recti and pelvis floor dysfunction at ANY age)
  • Parties (includes events- i.e. bachelorette bootcamp, kids’ fitness parties, sunrise yoga, family reunions, backyard bbq games, charity/ fundraising events, school programs, Mommy & Me, etc.)
