With over 20 years of experience coaching various sports, I love helping people get fit, stay fit, and have fun doing it. In particular, as a Level 2 certified RRCA running coach, I love helping athletes become badass runners because they grow in confidence and often find strength they never knew they had. My run coaching philosophy is to meet you as the runner you are and provide you with the training tools and motivation you need to accomplish your goals.
